Horizon Frame Pro began in 2009 when master framer James Mitchell recognised a gap in the market for reliable, high-quality wholesale framing services. Starting from a converted warehouse in Birmingham's jewellery quarter, we focused exclusively on serving trade customers who demanded consistent quality and competitive pricing.
Our approach combines traditional framing techniques with modern efficiency. Every frame is hand-finished by experienced craftspeople, but we've invested in precision cutting equipment and streamlined processes to deliver the speed and consistency that busy professionals require.
Today, we serve over 500 trade customers across 27 EU countries, from independent galleries to major interior design firms. Our success comes from understanding that behind every frame order is a professional reputation that depends on quality, timing, and service.

Our technical team reviews every order for accuracy and feasibility. We check measurements, materials, and finishing requirements, flagging any potential issues before production begins.

Frames are cut using computer-controlled equipment for accuracy, then hand-assembled by experienced craftspeople. Each joint is checked for strength and alignment during assembly.

Quality Inspection
Every completed frame undergoes thorough inspection for finish quality, dimensional accuracy, and overall appearance. Only frames meeting our standards proceed to packaging.

Secure Packaging & Dispatch
Frames are individually wrapped and packed using protective materials designed for transit. Orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery with full insurance coverage.
